I stumbled upon THE BEST kids book on sleep by @jenwardbooks! 🤩 It has cute rhyming narratives paired with technical, but accessible, descriptions of different types of sleep. She’s even nuanced describing snakes having “resting” states. The technical summary at the end is 🤌.
