Realized, midway through interviewing a speaker at the first Reconvene, that I could have dragged ~anyone in that crowd up on stage and interviewed him/her, and it would have been interesting. The attendees were that good. In the years since, we have mostly shifted the content from podcast-like on-stage interviews to curated, small-group discussions centered on topics of interest (asset classes, markets, specific opportunities or issues, etc.). The reason why Reconvene is THE best conference is because Moses & Simran have carefully cultivated the group so it’s ~only operators. No vendors means no one is selling anything It’s literally just hanging out swapping war stories and ideas … in Santa Monica 11/10 recommend

Reconvene '25 attendees heard the details from Reuven, in his off-the-record, main stage talk.
