@recoveringwc19 @Wikipedia No, if it says "User account "XYZ" is not registered." in red on page ...org/wiki/User:XYZ (where XYZ is the username) then it means there's no account registered under that name. If you think there should be, it's almost certainly a typo somewhere.

@katieteresachan @Wikipedia Thanks! We wondered whether the issue might be that they hadn't populated their profile?

@recoveringwc19 @Wikipedia Have you made sure they're spelled right? They're case sensitive except for the first character.
