Haha, no way in the world that’s a penalty. If anything, it’s a foul by Porto, not the other way around. The Porto player clearly moves his foot toward the opponent and makes contact, while the Arouca player is just making a natural movement toward the ball. Take another look, you can clearly see the Porto player’s foot going into the Arouca player, not vice versa.
