I always think about when Rocky briefly laid on Grace's chest after bringing him to Armando. Rocky was dying but still had to know what it was like to lay on Grace's chest just in case one or both of them didn't make it.

if grace never met rocky, i wonder how he would have chosen to die. would he have chosen to cut his oxygen, fall asleep forever? would mary endlessly orbit tau ceti, cradling his body? what if the stars were infected in the opposite direction. what if rocky was 46 years too late
