Many of you reached out asking how much of ivermectin paste you should take (aka horse dewormer). So I made it easy for you and created another table with dosage protocol using the paste. The dosages are calculated based on 1.87% strength which equates to 1g of veterinary paste = 18.7 mg of human tablets. Use digital scale capable of 0.01 g (10 mg). This formula is applicable for pure ivermectin paste only. Some brands sell a mix of Ivermectin and Prasiquantel in which case a different formula is required. Why would you opt for a horse paste? Because unfortunately in most of the countries people are deprived from ivermectin access.  I listed some brand name examples - but this isn't a conclusive list.
