Last night, Milo (12yo) pretended to walk up the stairs by walking just enough up so he was out of sight, then tapping his feet on the same spot on the stairs, quieter and quieter.

@FrederikDrabert When studios ask me to look for people the number 1 requirement is for them to know the pipeline tools.... If you don't you simply aren't qualified for that role.

#gamedev Just a design perspective (probably applies to other areas as well): Studios are interested in you fitting their teams and workflows. Especially if you have no former experience in the field. Don’t be an expert in ONE tool, but be an expert in adapting tools.
