Once upon a time, in a beautiful northern land, there lived a man with no plan.
Now the people of that land were awesome.
They were polite, kind and generous.
The man with no plan tried everything to get them to like him:
▪️ He co-invented a "Barbaric Practices" snitch line to target immigrants of that land
▪️ He voted against workers, unions, struggling families, seniors, Indigenous Peoples, hungry kids, and veterans of that land ... for 20 YEARS.
▪️ He pandered to right-wing extremists and entertained their noxious views
▪️ He sucked up to the neighbouring Republicans who desired to destroy the economy of that land, and annex it.
▪️ He dressed up in costumes and told people everywhere he went that he was "one of them".
▪️ He supported the notorious truck convoy that terrorized the good people of that land's Capital City for weeks, sabotaged the economy of that land, and threatened to overturn its democratically-elected government.
As his light faded and he slowly disappeared, and blended into the dark night of irrelevancy, he whimpered sorrowfully and cried to the people of that land, "I tried everything! Why couldn't you like me??"
And they replied softly, "You should simply have tried to be nice."
And then he was gone.
And the people lived happily ever after.

After years of Liberal inflationary policies, Canadians aren't feeling relief, they're still paying more every time they shop. Just because inflation has slowed doesn't mean grocery prices have gone back down. They haven't.
So here's my question:
Would you feel any better if, after seeing your grocery bill, the cashier told you, "Don't worry, Canada is within the Bank of Canada's target inflation rate"?
I don’t think so.
With our Conservative team, we will continue fighting for what matters most to Canadian families: affordability. That means lowering taxes on how food is grown, packaged and transported, increasing competition in grocery stores to discipline profits and removing unnecessary regulatory burdens on small and medium-sized food processors and grocery outlets.
