@nhoodpublicist This is a shallow take. The reason prices are high in cities such as Scottsdale is because real estate is thru the roof. Over head is insanely high. Employees demand higher pay (rightfully so) and rent is $20K-$40K and month. Landlords are the ones making it expensive.
