@ghod That's a bug! 🐛 We'll lure him into a glass container and move him to North Zealand, where we hope he'll live a more fulfilling life with his friends and family. You should be able to ignore it and use the app normally. We'll push a fix soon. Thanks and have an awesome day! 🤝

@jrbond Which iPhone are you using? Also, are you uploading the images from the default photo library (e.g. "Camera Roll") or somewhere else? Thanks for the information so far!

@reflectlyapp I tried out your app and even though I didn’t want the subscription and dismissed it when promoted I was still charge a yearly subscription. I emailed you and have had no response.

@itsjoerack Hi Joe! If you don't cancel the subscription before the free trial ends, it is implied that you like the product and it continues as a paid service - this is stated in the subscription page 🙂 Message us at m.me/reflectlyio and we'll see what we can do about it! 🤝

@mayaescalona Hey Maya! We're sorry about that! I'll ping our customer service about it again. To provide some context, we have no means of cancelling subscriptions on account deletion - it has to be done by you on your phone settings. And we should definitely be more clear on this.

@irpolarbear Hey Kevin! We love that you love the app! We'd love to get a desktop version out so that we could love you loving that one too. However, we don't have a concrete release plan just yet. A rough estimate would be somewhere during the second half of 2019 :-)
