Exactly 2 years ago I was sectioned and spent 3 months in an acute psych ward for my schizophrenia My life has totally turned around I’m on a medication that has kept me stable now for a while & I’m about to sit my finals and complete medical school Things do get better

I went supermarket shopping with my grandson. We got to the checkout and were in the queue behind an enormous man. He had a mobile telephone in his back pocket and it started to make a beeping sound. My grandson whispered, “Be careful Grandad, I think he’s reversing…”

I am begging for prayers. Our baby has a hole in the heart and a blockage in the intestine. He will be born this Friday and taken to the NICU for an uncertain time. Please pray for my wife to recover from this delivery and please pray for my son to be okay. Thank you.

I have decided i need to lose weight as i enter my 60s So i've resolved to write down some recommendations for a weight loss plan , having consulted Print them off in 2026 use them to formulate a plan which i will print off in 2028 Meanwhile, Wegovy still unused in fridge
