@Kim_Grange @EE This sounds like a You problem. No normal person would let a company take more than £400 out of there account over a 14 month period. Fact. Don't cry disability now. You need to take responsibility for your actions or lack of in this case.

@BrendonMcGowan @EE I'm not sure you understand me. If I was deaf from birth and couldn't talk, would I be expected to ring them? I have contacted them, multiple ways. What I see is a company happy to take more than £400 off someone who isn't able to call.

@EE @Jackdoggydogg Agreed been with EE/Orange for nearly 30 yrs best advice I can give is buy your phone separately then have a SIM only package then avoid EE charging you for cost of phone + 20% mark up

@EE @Darrenrub Then stop raising your prices EVERY year especially during a fixed contract. It's legal but morally it's wrong. Take this on board, your customers are important, constant price rises will kill that loyalty very quickly!!

@EE Would be great if you had a direct phone line to call, rather than 150 which sends you a link to request a call… WHICH DOESN’T BLOODY WORK CAUSE IT RELIES ON WIFI THAT DOESN’T WORK HENCE THE REASON FOR CONTACTING!

@EE Hi EE. Looks like I’m being overcharged £6 per month. How is my package £22 but showing and being charged £28? Where’s the extra £6 charge coming from?

@DanoldJtrumpuk @EE Yes SN1 central Swindon has such a poor network that if I didn’t have WiFi calling activated I’d never make or receive a call. EE says nothing wrong 🤷🏻 Friends locally have moved off EE, I think I’m next. A customer of over 20 years since launch and ex-employee 17 years.

@EE is there any way of getting in touch with your customer legal team? I am sold wrongly earbuds on your website. I have dropped mail and done everything but no progress

@EE very unhappy. I was going to leave in december 25 got a call from you. Ended up staying(broadband) at price offered. Still being charged at much higher price. Fed up calling you. Last guy gave me his email address but he is not responding.

@EE It says no outages but when you call your support team there is a national fault for all 1.6gbps customers. You arnt publicly publishing the fault online and there is no where to chase it, I’ve had unusable broadband for days

@EE why is your app/website absolutely terrible? Been experiencing technical difficulties for months now

@EE I can’t make any calls from the sim, and unable to file a complaint form. Not sure how else to reach you guys.

Hey @EE got a new sim and it says can’t activate your sim because there is a problem with your account. Anything you can help with please.

@canham25390 @EE I've had no internet since Saturday. My misses and I both work from home. This is beyond a joke now. I can't just move to virgin to fix the issues. I've had nothing but issues with EE and they never improve just seem to get worse...
