Very interesting study. Turns out our perception of speed with AI does not match reality

We ran a randomized controlled trial to see how much AI coding tools speed up experienced open-source developers. The results surprised us: Developers thought they were 20% faster with AI tools, but they were actually 19% slower when they had access to AI than when they didn't.

In Brazil social media are summoned to give preference to posts that is in favor of ruling party. I think the only way we can fight manipulation is to have discussions like this.

I agree 100% with this I think the Flutter community is getting weaker by moves like this. Also I am curious what Google is going to do about the GDEs that left this platform. I think if you are GDE you should not leave because of politics but be available to the community.

@JamesBlasco @marxallski @ulusoyapps I agree I think a lot of social media is really politicized maybe X is even more extreme. I now work a lot with lists to get a better timeline focused on topics that interest me. Just a shame to see things getting fragmented .

But it is getting harder to discover it and in the meantime my timeline is getting full of fake news and toxic discussions.For me is not related to Flutter neither american politics, just my whole experience with X

@JamesBlasco @marxallski @ulusoyapps But morally wrong is biased in my opinion who decides? I see the same happening on other platforms: last week I see people mocking Jesus on Facebook (morally wrong for me as Christian). I think if we all go to our same bubble we miss the valuable dialogue.

@marxallski @ulusoyapps Help me understand what moral compass are you talking about? I prefer a platform that is open over a centralized moderation system that decides what is right and wrong. I can choose to mute ppl, build my own list with topics that interest me over someone deciding it for me.
