I am my first client I have been making apps for 8 years using flutter And I still find new ideas to improve my process every day. ApparenceKit is not only the first product I released after stoping my agency. It's also the one I use on every single app I release Dogfooding > everything

Worst feeling in the world is releasing a version of the app that gets 10.54% app store listing conversion Then you push an update and it drops to 2% But you forgot what you did before and now have to remember

New onboarding flow is turning 20% of installs into trials with 31% trials converting to paid Current biggest leak is App Store listing → install ratio from ads got it to 10% and latest update it's dropped to 2%

Am I the only one asking Claude to be brief now? I almost have to tell him to shut up. He makes complete monologues in response to a simple question.

@T_Zahil You can also get to bpi and bank Then hire a few freelancers Definitely i think the goal for long term success is to be able to have smarter people working with you. No need to create a team of 100 people. But I think that 3 to 5 talented people can now creates big big things

I'm tired of working alone every day. This won't be a popular thing here, but I'm thinking of opening a "proper" company, hiring people, having an office etc Being able to make a living from my projects was a really motivating challenge for me, but "earning more" is not A new challenge for me would be to form a company, motivate people, create real connections, build something together. But I'm unsure about how to proceed 🤔. 👉🏻 Should I raise funds to hire and grow Uneed? If yes, how? 👉🏻 Should I start small and hire just 1-2 people, maybe freelancers? 👉🏻 Should I create a new company, launch a startup studio, and use Uneed as a distribution channel? Did you already think about this, or did you even do it? I'm curious to know and I've got a lot of questions! I'll write a blog post about this soon 😊.

@mcflyDev @pcshipp no influencer don't worth it, for apps UGC army is better but way more costly, he should go with either T2 Apple Ads or TT ads

Hey devs, I’m ready to invest $500 in ads. Which platform is best for ROI? - Meta ads - Apple ads - Google ads - Tik Tok ads

@adamlyttleapps It is still extremely high Also some problem can’t be resolved. Because people don’t want to solve it. (Don’t know for this one ) but I also tried something like this in a different way. Ads were expensive and purchase wasn’t good.

My recent market research is showing this too People are sharing family photos on Instagram and Facebook less Instead they’re using WhatsApp and iMessage groups Problem is that those sources are not as easily searchable to go back Trying to create an app that bridges that gap is either too early or the problem hasn’t reached a threshold yet

I worked with a team of 6 devs on a redesign of their app. They were moving slower than a single dev. Only one dev spoke in meetings. He had built everything. The others just listened. I asked the other five how they would code a new feature. They all answered differently. Some didn’t even know where to start. The problem? No shared documentation. No development guide. All the knowledge in one person’s head. If that dev leaves tomorrow, the team is stuck. Write down your conventions. Document your technical decisions. Share knowledge. Your team need to learn to move faster.

My goal of April was to reach 100 free trial for @getmytrainerapp (had 20). It's been achieved. A lot of small improvements compound. Next step : 100 subscribers.

You don’t need 12 ad channels to succeed. Pick one. Master it. That’s enough to hit $100K/month. Add more channels after.
