A few months ago, our Chief People Officer, Barbara Matthews, admitted she was anxious about AI. She’s an incredible leader, but she’s not a software engineer.
So she did the best thing you can do: she got curious. She went home, opened an LLM, and built a virtual Tamagotchi for her son just to see how it worked.

This week @Remote's partnership with @BambooHR is rolling around Orlando for SHRM, one of the biggest HR conferences in the US.
