(ONE) Caching (plugin), image optimization, & a CDN are fine for the STATIC parts of a website, but not advisable for DYNAMIC data such as ecommerce/shop pages that track inventory - unless there's a feature to exclude the latter. Cached = stale/old data in the front-end.

@ezsmith397 I should look into using Perfmatters, been hearing good things about it and didn’t know you can use it with WP Rocket.

Getting our tools, processes, SOPs documented for how we build & manage WordPress websites here at 397digital. Trello is proving to be the easiest place to store all of this. Getting a LOT of stuff out of my brain, and written down so that my growing team can run with things without having to come to me for everything. (this will be an ever-evolving process of course). I'm a few days into my new contractor working here with me. Got her taking things off my plate already. (Also a big thing for me this time with expanding the team was softening my expectations for HOW someone else would work and problem-solve on their own. I've realized I'm a control-freak and had been expecting too much in regards to someone being able to come in and just work the way I do, without having the proper training and documentation ready)
