All of these are the first 10 that came to my head. When I hear about racism in the media I get scared. Scared that it could be me, my sister or my brother next. It could be some of my good friends kids, who I’ve known and who I love very much.

After reading multiple times how racism isn’t a thing in Canada, I felt I needed to share a few examples of how it is. These are things that have personally happened to me. The purpose is not for sympathy, but for education. To show that racism is a very real thing in Canada.

So if someone tells you Racism isn’t existent in Ontario, show them this. #BlackLivesMattter
