Inaccessibility and the lack of accommodation, civil rights, human rights, equity and justice are imposed upon disabled people. The imposition of devaluation and discrimination is not a byproduct of disabling conditions. It is a consequence of ableism.

Barrier for entry is too expensive. It keeps out the lower class which just so happens to be heavily populated by minorities. Due to this it takes far more time for talented people with low economical standing to succeed if ever. And likewise harder to build the skills
