AMERICANS ARE FEELING A GROWING COST-OF-LIVING SQUEEZE AS PRICES FOR GROCERIES, RENT, CAR INSURANCE, AND DAILY ESSENTIALS KEEP RISING.

Cancelled my gym membership today Going all in on simple at home training. Current set up includes: - Pull up bar - Gymnastics rings - Adjustable incline bench - DB's - Kettlebells - Bands Gonna add in - parallel bars + dip bar - Bulgarian bag Inspired to incorporate a lot more calisthenics & flow work. @CalisthenicKyle @moveorperish got me fired up watching them last few months Been a gym bro for years. Powerlifting & bodybuilding for many years. Been transitioning out of that into a more functional approach last few years Leaving the gym is forcing me to take the full leap into simplistic training

Your Athletes will get Bigger and Stronger on LESS sets. They need stimulating reps, not endless volume. You create the most tension on very hard sets without a lot of prerequisite fatigue. Therefore more gets in the way of better. We cap exercises to 1-3 working sets.

Running has to be the worst sport out of all: > not fun at all > destroys joints > no meaningful goal > extremely stressful > makes you low T > ages you fast > gives you skinny fat physique > inefficent to lose weight
