@Repent_2_Jesus @CalisthenicKyle Well if that’s the case, yeah man, you’re extremely genetically blessed. 99% of men in the world would not have that physique with essentially no upper body work. Good for you, that’s dope. I’m jealous.

Strongly advise more to free themselves from the gym. Cancel it. Use that money to DCA into assets instead. You don’t need a gym… you are a gym… and one of the best! Literally just Jumping in your living room TRUMPS anything you can do in the gym. Let that sink in.

Cancelled my gym membership today Going all in on simple at home training. Current set up includes: - Pull up bar - Gymnastics rings - Adjustable incline bench - DB's - Kettlebells - Bands Gonna add in - parallel bars + dip bar - Bulgarian bag Inspired to incorporate a lot more calisthenics & flow work. @CalisthenicKyle @moveorperish got me fired up watching them last few months Been a gym bro for years. Powerlifting & bodybuilding for many years. Been transitioning out of that into a more functional approach last few years Leaving the gym is forcing me to take the full leap into simplistic training

@JackRafff123 @CalisthenicKyle Lol...I dont lift upper body whatsoever. I only squat in offseason for a total of 4 reps a month which is 6 months out of year. Genetic freak is possible but I also work very hard and eat very clean and it does lead to amazing results.

at some point, if you serious about yo fitness goals, you need to put that alcohol down. alcohol is the direct antithesis to building muscle & regulating body fat.

How much weight do you think this guy needs to lose to get visible abs? For context, he's 5ft 11 and 190 lbs.
