The Trump Administration’s escalation and provocation in California inflames tensions and incites violence. Now, the President of the United States said he would arrest a sitting American governor just for disagreeing with these actions. This is a hallmark of authoritarianism on the road to tyranny – and all Americans should be shocked and appalled by the President’s blatant disregard for our Constitutional system. The American people must be able to exercise their Constitutional right to lawfully and peacefully protest. It is essential that we shine a bright light on the unlawful tactics of the Trump Administration so that freedom of speech prevails.

First they illegally deport citizens. Then they unleash ICE to terrorize communities. Now they’ve got the National Guard in L.A. to silence protestors. This ain’t about law and order. This is what authoritarianism looks like.

I can’t recommend this show enough, please go watch it. With the current state of the world, the new season should be required viewing. The parallels are uncanny. I promise you don’t need to be a Star Wars fan to understand or appreciate how powerful and moving this show is
