2/2. RESI with the support of @OurKidsClimate microgrant has organized the first ever clean cooking energy run and Cookathon on 13th Dec,25 in Mid-west Uganda(Kyenjojo town). Join as to advocate for clean cooking energy. For everywoman who cooks, a chance to breathe clean air.

1/2. Over 94% of Ugandans use biomass (like firewood and charcoal) for cooking (UBOS). Biomass fuel is the leading cause of Indoor Air Pollution which claims over 30,000 Ugandans annually (Daily Monitor, 25th Aug,2023). Guess who is most vulnerable? Mothers and children...

We're honoured to be among the recipients of OKC micro grant for 2025. Our project will focus on advocating againt Household Air Pollution (HAP) and promoting clean cooking energy among off-grid rural homes in Uganda.

@FrankTumwebazek We install bio-digesters in Kamwenge. A biodigester will give you organic fertilizer for your coffee.
