My new work with @sajjad_rahnama7 , Jelle Hellings, @msadoghi is now part of VLDB 2020! We present @resilientdb : Global Scale #resilient #blockchain Fabric. Check it out: arxiv.org/abs/2002.00160. We present a new scalable protocol, GeoBFT (more details in this thread)

Our (@msadoghi, @sajjad_rahnama7, @ExploratoryLab) startup Moka Blox got its initial seed funding from DoE for design and research of our #secure #permissioned #blockchain fabric @resilientdb! Multiple years of work went into this development. 🎉 🥂

@middleware2019 @msadoghi , @sajjad_rahnama7 , Jelle Hellings and I presented a 3-hour tutorial on BFT Consensus and Blockchain. We also gave a hands on demo on @resilientdb and got interesting feedbacks. Slides are available on website on resilientdb.com.

We have updated our @resilientdb fabric with a succinct implementation for the ledger. The ledger now provides a proof that the request was accepted by a majority of the replicas and was sent by the primary.
