Why would a Partner at McKinsey join a Series A startup? We asked Brooke Daniels exactly that, and her decision to join Resolve AI ultimately came down to three things: People, Problem, and Potential. The People came first for Brooke. She and our CEO @SpirosX go back ten years and she has seen how Spiros operates as a founder. When she got to meet the rest of team, it was clear to her Resolve was different. The Problem was what pulled her in. Software development is becoming more advanced, but the way engineers investigate and resolve production incidents hasn't kept up. Resolve is changing that. The Potential is what sealed the deal. AI is making it faster than ever to build software, but the real bottleneck is shifting to understanding and operating it at scale. That gap is only going to widen, and Resolve is positioned right at the center to solve it. Brooke joined us as our Head of Enterprise and Partnerships last month, and she breaks it all down below 👇️ resolve.ai/blog/why-did-B…

Congrats to @AnthropicAI on the general availability of @ClaudeAI's 1M token context window. Resolve AI is featured in their announcement, and our CTO @maynkag explains why it matters for AI for prod: "Large-scale production systems have endless context, and production incidents can get very complex. With Claude's 1M context window, we are able to keep every entity, signal, and working theory in view from first alert to remediation without having to repeatedly compact or compromise the nuances of these systems."

Meet Carey Phelps, one of our Product Managers at Resolve AI. Carey came from Weights & Biases and has seen what it takes to build products that developers actually trust. She joined Resolve because the problem is real, the team moves fast, and our work actually shows up in how engineers run their systems every day. Hear what gets her excited about where we're headed next.

Amazon called an emergency meeting after outages caused by AI-assisted code changes. The fix: put senior engineers back in the loop. Spiros Xanthos (@spirosx) saw this problem coming and built @resolveai. He's on This Week in AI with @jason today. Episode 4 out at 12:00 PM CT.

Meet Varun Krovvidi - one of our Product Marketers here at Resolve. His job: educate the market on a category that didn't exist before, while doing justice to what our engineers are actually building. The hardest part isn't the product. It's getting engineers to question the workflows they've accepted as normal.

Earlier this month we shared our Opus 4.6 eval. Now we've tested Sonnet 4.6 for our production agents across several use cases. Sonnet 4.6 nearly matched Opus 4.6 on our hardest investigations, at a fraction of the cost. Full analysis: ordnl.link/LgM1zek

Continual learning is one of the hardest and most critical features to build for AI agents in production. Every company has deep institutional knowledge fragmented across docs, teams, and the minds of tenured engineers. Much of it has never been written down. This is the single biggest barrier to useful AI agents in production. We think about it as three types of knowledge: Organizational Vocabulary: naming conventions, shorthand, acronyms. This is the most straightforward to teach. Tool-Specific Knowledge: how to navigate systems, where data lives, how it connects. It's time-consuming to map manually and varies across companies. Decision-Trace Knowledge: the hardest to capture. The intuition that separates system experts from everyone else. Pattern recognition built over years, rarely documented, almost always context-dependent. Across all three, Resolve learns on its own, explicitly and implicitly, but always verifies with the humans who know the system best. Everything it learns is viewable, editable, and version-controlled. Resolve is already becoming the single source of truth for organizational context in production environments. More in my Introducing AI for Prod blog, link in replies.

The velocity of code creation has 10xed, but the capacity of production operations hasn’t. New features and ideas are bottlenecked by what you can run in prod and the time it takes to manage prod. Latent innovation gets unlocked when prod can absorb that velocity

One last post for the team 🦄 🚀. Insane to witness the growth, and can't say it better than @lightspeedvp: "When we visited their office on a Sunday, 40 people were working together preparing for AWS re:Invent. The intensity is matched by genuine camaraderie and excitement for the mission."
