One of the simpler but imo quite useful views is just clean summary of total distinct users, active within last 7 days
For a lot of products that need to grow, this is core KPI 📈 Joined with some of the issue analysis and signals, raindrop gives teams a lot of bang for your buck

Full transparency for agent successes (and failures) – and automatically applying quick fixes, once an issue is flagged – is much needed. 🥹 🌧️
