fable 5 is making me realize that when AGI is here. 99% of humanity still won't use it or care crazy.

@signulll Not until it’s cheaper. It has the ability to write great software but if it stays at this price point, it’s just not economically viable.

fable, i think, likely marks the end of software engineering as we knew it. it’s prolly the penultimate chapter, if not the end of that entire story.

It must be fought for. It will not passively fall into our laps. The NAP is the end goal, not the means.

Hey @TuckerCarlson A new party will be ridiculously hard to start. Help take over the Libertarian Party and rebrand it. The LP already has infrastructure and ballot access. It’s a mess right now, but much easier and less expensive than starting from scratch.

Tesla is one of the smartest, cracked and most advanced engineering companies in the world. If they actually did this, then it is likely verifiably true that a dollar above $200/week is waste.

How is Fable still not available

All of their money is in stock, tied to the company they work for/created. The stock market which consists of normal people and big institutions buy shares which drives the price up. The founder/ceos shares get more valuable. Elon Musk doesn’t have a checking account with trillions.

I do not understand billionaires. Why would you desire MORE money at this point? You have the power to change the world massively for the better, AND still not affect your daily life. If i was somehow born into this (or having this somehow), that would be the no-brainer option.

If you think these voters are going to your cringe ass party, they aren’t. You have no policy platform that is pragmatic for the deep institutional cracks in our country. I was a libertarian for so long and it took this election cycle for me to finally understand that libertarians are wishful thinkers.
