All ready for the foreclosure auction tomorrow. Have 18 properties I’ll be bidding on across 6 counties in metro Atlanta (as of now). Here’s a look at what underwriting has looked like over the last week and a half: • 92 properties driven (hired this out) • 66 underwritten • 29 titles ran The drop in numbers comes from a mix of properties getting canceled from the sale + realizing properties are underwater quickly without having to run full title.
