@RetromationYT I had issues similar because I was using voice meter, I tried increasing the buffering size ? I think it was so it has more time and if eventually worked out. Hope that helps

@HardwiredStdios Unfortunately it seems like that problem is with PC audio distortion and mine is with my microphone's output.

@RetromationYT Although, seems like it is a common issue with Scarlett 2i2 4th gen... Is this thread of any help? There's a mention of a screw on adapter being the culprit, but I'm not sure what it refers to. reddit.com/r/Focusrite/co…

@HardwiredStdios Would the electrical issue be in regards to the PC itself then? Since it is consistent across three Scarletts?

@RetromationYT Ok! If you get a chance to try whether just re-plugging the Scarlett fixes the issue, that might indicate it could be for e.g. some electrical issue in it. My thought is that restarting the PC would also power cycle the Scarlett which could temporarily fix the issue if its that.

@HardwiredStdios I haven't tried that specifically, a full restart always works temporarily, and yeah unfortunately for me I've actually replaced the Scarlett twice lol

@RetromationYT Does unplugging and plugging the Scarlett 2i2 also temporarily solve the issue until it happens again? And did you try replacing the Scarlett at any point?

@LarsKnopf Mostly due to the fact that I'm in the process of a pretty big move and don't want to commit to something I may not be able to stick to a routine on. However, it isn't helped by the fact that the series format don't do very well on YouTube on average anymore unfortunately.

@RetromationYT Haven't seen you doing a series on a game for a while, did you shift away from that or is there just nothing that interests you enough?

Really grateful to Retromation, new video today. His first was when path of achra had ~100 reviews and helped it get a much larger audience right at launch. I commented this on youtube as well but this kind of coverage is what lets me make a life out of devving. Thank you ❤️

They should handcuff players’ hands and legs together in sports until you fall 30 times and then unlock them. I think it’d be really fun to play and watch. This what all of you supporting stat based meta progression in roguelikes sound like.

@TheFoxKnocks 1. RPGs/souls games are completely different than roguelikes so it’s not comparable 2. Souls game *are* balanced around you leveling up and getting stronger. That’s the point of an RPG.
