@returnofthedoll i'm 90% sure it's a gel liner bc eyeshadows aren't this intense, u can also use a normal black liner but it's gonna be more precise not smudged. the bestt gel liner is def the inglot pot liner it comes with a little liquid drop thingy that's also used to make it like an eyeshadow

@returnofthedoll Black pencil liner, with a little bit of dark brown matte eyeshadow smoking the liner out on the lid, and then cream eyeshadow in your concealer shade for the base thats what it looks to me!!!
