The land in question was allocated to SANTOS ESTATE LIMITED in 2007, for PARK and RECREATION.
In 2022, the company wrote to the then FCT Minister, seeking approval to change LAND USE PURPOSE to residential.
While still waiting for response to this request, the company decided to partition the land and sell to people, including the former Chief of Naval Staff.
The then FCT Minister declined the request to change the land use purpose from PARK and RECREATION to RESIDENTIAL.
Meanwhile, Santos Estate Limited already sold the land to unsuspecting people, including the former CNS, who is building DUPLEXES on his own.
Like I said earlier, shouldn't the former Chief of Naval Staff be more concerned with the person who scammed him rather than using military might hold on to a property on which he was duped?

President Bola Tinubu was well ahead of the orchestrated game unfolding in America as he told the new service chiefs on Thursday what Nigerians expect of them. No more excuses, he said. Nigerians want results. Here is the excerpt of his speech:
“Security threats are constantly evolving, constantly mutating. Of grave concern to our administration is the recent emergence of new armed groups in the North-Central, North-West, and parts of the South. We must not allow these new threats to fester. We must be decisive and proactive. Let us smash the new snakes right in the head.
I charge you, as the heads of our nation’s armed forces, to carry out your duties with patriotic zeal. Nigerians expect results, not excuses.
I charge you also to be innovative, pre-emptive, and courageous. Let's stay ahead of those who seek to threaten our peace. Let us deploy technology where necessary. We cannot allow the crisis that began in 2009 to persist any longer.
I wish you success as you take up the challenge. I promise to provide all the support you need to get the job done”.

Pres. @Tinubu Never thought that the 6 months of hell he illegally and unconstitutionally imposed on Rivers State would come to an end.
The Humiliation of the people of Rivers State, the Humiliation of the people of the Niger Delta and by extension, the desecration of the Nigerian Constitution, when he suspended a democratically elected governor chosen by the good people of Rivers State, will not go unpunished.
That lawlessness, Impunity and insult, will be punished in 2027 by all and sundry. We are set.

You do not want rule of law in Nigeria.
You support looting and the looters.
You hate anyone who is fighting for peaceful change.
You attack peaceful protesters.
You deploy violence against voters who do not want to vote for your political party and candidate.
Yet, you are mad that some of us are not against the revolution that is going on in Nepal.
You’re triggered because you are scared of anything that will awaken Nigerians.
A day will come that you will no longer be able to hide under the canopy of tribalism and bigotry.
A day will come in this country when this rotten system will be challenged.

TINUBU BEGINS 10-DAY ANNUAL LEAVE
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed Abuja to commence a working vacation in Europe, as part of his 2025 annual leave.
A statement by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, said the vacation will last 10 working days. The president will spend the period between France and the UK before returning to the country.
At the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, he was seen off by the governors of Imo and Lagos states, along with his Chief of Staff, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and other senior government officials.
This is the second time the president is taking annual leave since assuming office. In October 2024, he spent two weeks on vacation in the United Kingdom, during which he was expected to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms and hold consultations.
Earlier this year, in April, he also embarked on what the presidency described as a short working visit to Paris, to review mid-term performance and plan ahead for his second anniversary in office.
