The past 18m has been a challenging time health wise, after major surgery last year, alongside the HeartEdge work in a really challenging funding environment and needing to pivot the organisation to meet the changing needs of the broad church. (2/)

I’m worried about a narrative that has been developing and I want to put this out there: 1. You can be pro-Israel and still care about people dying in Palestine. 2. You can be pro-Palestine and care about the terror in Israel and releasing hostages. Both can be true.

#AutumnEquinox is here, longer nights, damper joints but occasional crisp bright colourful crunchy leaves underfoot. Simultaneously beautiful and depressing, it's an ominous season that dives headfirst into dark midwinter next. Am holding onto every ray of sunshine in the meantime and tempting myself with holidays in brighter climes that I never end up taking. Had one 4-day holiday in ten years! Holidays are way too stressful! Still, there's always food. #Breakfast of Danish nutty bread pan griddled with olive oil, garlic, crushed skinned tomatoes, and some fresh oregano and heaps of pepper and a little salt. Chilli oil on top.
