@JonnyAuping not a novel (or particularly fun) suggestion, but heavy squats and deadlifts have done more for my posture (and flexibility!) than anything I’ve tried

besides things you can buy like a standing desk (which i have) does anyone have any tips that have helped them keep decent posture/avoid back pain/tightness while spending a lot of the day at the computer?

@natalieweiner Folks in the software industry have this exact argument multiple times per year, but do you know who’s never involved in the fighting? Professionals who’ve been doing it for decades and stop thinking about programming when the work day is over, yet are plenty successful.
