@Delta 103 minutes. That’s how long it took to find out that it will cost me $1000+ to not fly a leg of a flight. @delta doing less, can resell seat and still charge 1000+. That’s service? Thank goodness @AlaskaAir is starting to fly to Europe.

4th time waiting for over an hour for customer service @Delta trying to change a ticket. I’ve call another 6 times and had to hang up because of long wait times. Tried messaging but they are worthless, unable to do anything but the most basic tasks. Never again.

@MonosTravel is full of shit. They claim to offer a generous return/exchange. When you exchange an UNUSED piece for a different color, same for same, it costs $20 for the “return” plus difference in price, so if you bought it on sale you have to pay full price. Total bullshit.
