Love the video! I have been frustrated with how shovels work currently in Hytale. I think they should replace the distance-based hitbox mining with a predefined shape system. You could alternate between different mining shapes by pressing R while holding the shovel (see concepts)

@Simon_Hypixel One question about the Magic: It will be created around creativity gameplay?, like; If It raining "a lightning spell" will cause another, or if theres fog a "Frozen spell" will cause a better slow. If coding is not that hard, It might be a good idea to make It as a mod.

Hytale's second update is now live! Another quick patch with lots of fixes, new content, and features requested by the community! PSA: the grimoire is just an item that drops from the big skeleton that you might have seen already, not related to the future magic system we will be working on in a future update. The minions are a bit janky, but hey, it's early access, let's have fun and not worry about it just yet! That's how I see Hytale's future development: let's have fun and experiment a bit from time to time. That's how Hytale was born, just a bunch of devs having a great time! I want to add more interesting drops in the world, especially from chests, so this could be a fun way for us to experiment and make exploration much more fun. Finding books, scrolls, potions and items that bring a lot more excitement, rather than just materials and equipment. That being said, production is ramping up as we work on several updates in parallel, and we will put Update 3 into pre-release next week. We will give a bit more time in pre-release to let modders and servers adapt this time around. This one should be a bit smaller, as we are trying to offset the pre-release and release schedule to be more predictable. We will share more details next week!

It’s now been 7 days since early access launch and I can confidently say that I have no regrets saving Hytale, it’s been the most challenging but rewarding experience of my life. Thank you everyone for the amazing support, and a big thank you for the rebuilt Hytale team for trusting me to get this to the finish line in just a few months. I haven’t been involved with Hytale development for many years and coming back was a big unknown and risk for me, and my family. I fully trusted the people and it just worked. Amazing team, every single one made a big difference.

@Simon_Hypixel Mining streak Each ore or block mined will increase the mining speed. Making mining less tedius and more fun. For example; It will give the oportunity of clearing a full seccion of a cave, instead of "I just take a few". Better the pickaxes, more "stacks" of speed.

I need suggestions to make mining in Hytale more satisfying / fun! I’m not happy with it, finding ores or strip mining is not good enough. I’m considering adding signature ability to pickaxes + improving the sounds / visuals of mining.

Cheat community is crying that a silent update to CS2's VAC anti-cheat has annihilated almost all known cheats, including some wallhacks and trigger bots that work through DMA cards.
