With temperatures over 90 expected tomorrow, there will be a 2-hour early dismissal on Mon. June 7 at 6 schools with limited air conditioning: Nathan Hale, West Rocks, Naramake, Rowayton, Tracey & Wolfpit. After-school programs & activities at those schools are cancelled.

NPS Superintendent Dr. Estrella stopped by West Rocks Middle School yesterday to see students participating in Nature’s Classroom activities outdoors. She also visited an eighth grade Gifted and Talented class focusing on humanities and the theme of action.

Early dismissal for all students on 5/10. Each year, the CT Dept. of Education requires that K-3 teachers participate in the Foundations of Reading Survey. As a result, all students will be dismissed 2hrs earlier than regular dismissal. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
