@KOSTerru @robprogressive That may be but the percentage remains the same....and they're raking in approx an extra 20 million a day in revenue. That's an extra 20 on top of what they're already making. That 20m should be back in public pockets via a reduction in fuel duty and tax.

One of my customers runs a family haulage business. 6 weeks ago their monthly diesel cost was running at a average of £32,000 per month. Today it's £41,000. That's over £108,000 more per year added to their running costs. And about £59,000 of it goes straight to the government in additional tax. They're already paying about £200,000 per year in fuel taxes.

The Scottish border is just 4.5 hours & 272 miles away from my village in England & I have never been. I have never been to Scotland🤦‍♀️. I need to change this. But I am not alone. Brits see any journey over an hour to be unnecessary & hardship (and expensive in petrol terms).

@NotFarLeftAtAll Happens a lot in my local Lidl, guy wipes the shelf clean of sourdough loaves and mozzarella cheese, amongst other massive bulk items then takes it to his restaurant and charges an absolute fortune.
