RFPJ strives to harness innate potentials of women as agents of post-2026 election reconciliation in the Rwenzori region. In a regional Women Convention of March 6th, 2026, women made specific plans for propagating this reconciliation. @unwomenuganda @UN_Women

According to Section 17 of the Parliamentary Elections Act (2005), as amended, the allocation of political colours and symbols is done by the @UgandaEC. The allocated symbols shall not carry tribal, religious or sectarian connocations.

Persons living with disabilities often face exclusion and marginalization during electoral processes. As Uganda gears up for the 2026 polls, the @UgandaEC should ensure that all polling venues are inclusive and assistive devicesare provided for PWDs.
