@jpbcare I’m unable to transfer any funds from my Jio Bank account since yesterday and unable to connect to Customer Care. Getting error 50013. Looks like made a mistake by opening a A/c with you guys. Please refund my money and close the account

@Swiggy Placed an order and after more than 1 hr even delivery person has not reached restaurant. Took 40 mins after my call to assign the delivery guy. I asked for cancellation and refund and customer care is so rude that refund was refused and call disconnected

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy This is what Swiggy talks in DM. They charge Rs. 450 for an order. Then deliver cold food after 2 hrs which can’t be consumed and then offer 100 ra coupon. Pathetic and useless people don’t even have simple basics of Customer Care!!!

@FinnairSuomi I had to cancel my ticket due to changes in travel plan and yet to receive my refund after 3 weeks. Not sure what’s happening and if it’s safe to book another ticket on Finnair ???
