Ok, and? You can never assess a signing in a vacuum. This is a team sport. Mbappe can be, and is, one of the best players in the world. But that doesn’t necessarily mean Madrid are a better side with him in it. There are issues with the fit, the press, and the structure. I’d strongly argue his presence has diluted both Vini and Jude - two players who played a huge role in winning Madrid the CL literally right before Mbappe came in.
