@ZARA_Care absolutely disgraceful service!! Ordered nearly two weeks ago , courier has emailed me to say item lost but Zara not issuing refund!! Live chat says case being looked at then says have a nice day and cuts me off !!!

People never cease to amaze us!We are under National Welsh restrictions stopping us from serving alcohol. Even though this has been all over the news,social media&posted ourselves we had someone for lunch today not happy that we would not serve them alcohol. Is this our fault?
