@ThinkLicence @uniquefurnish In theory this may be true, but in reality anyone treating every road as a zebra crossing is likely to be run down at some point. They may well win a court case, but from a wheelchair. Use common sense and the Green X code.

@ThinkLicence Again read rule 8 of the highway code. Your biography mentions "pushing back against the tide of road users who feel entitled, or able, to behave dangerously or inconsiderately". This footage illustrates you do not adhere to those principles.
