if you read enough fiber research you either start thinking you’re going insane or realize the entire nutrition industry has a financial incentive to keep you buying protein powder instead. you need to eat your fiber and i’m not even trying to be nice about it. 95% of Americans are *deficient* while enough fiber alone reduces all-cause mortality by 30%, colorectal cancer by 26%, and your gut bacteria literally digest your own intestinal lining when you starve them of it. fiber should be a bigger supplement category than protein but since it actually makes you healthier there’s no interest in selling it

a company just posted a $10k/month job where they are hiring an ai agent (not a human) and the interview process involves interviewing the agent itself the new normal?

Big ideas from @MarketingBrew’s The Art & Science of AI in Marketing. At Where Insight Meets Action: Turning Data Into Decisions, Reddit’s Jonathan Tien, Director of Product, shared how AI helps marketers turn data into impact. “Community Intelligence is about distilling the intelligence from all Reddit's communities. We equipped the engine with the right signals and techniques. Asking, how do you look at the data? How do you sift through the data? How do you look for a signal? And I think that made all the difference in enabling this core engine to process this large volume of data, but bring only the most meaningful bits up to the surface.” When you equip AI with the right signals, you don’t just analyze data. You uncover what actually matters.

🚨 FB update 🚨 Meta confirmed they roadmapped building Creative Insights reporting into Ads Manager this year. Ability to report on fatigue and creative similarity, etc., from the ads manager to inform creative refresh and diversification strategies. It was about time, as so far this was only available through reps.

Looks like ChatGPT got a bigger bump from the Super Bowl ads than Anthropic. This is past 24 hours. I also looked at "ads in ai" but it's basically nonexistent relative to these volumes.

Turns out people like ChatGPT and mocking the sycophantic voice was confusing and a backfire. SF twitter bubble in shambles

audiences didn’t like anthropic’s ad, placing it in “the bottom 3%” of all super bowl ads from the last five years
