People are not reading this news correctly and Elon is misleading people when he says that Tesla will only replace the computers in cars with FSD. Tesla already went to court over this for HW2.5 to HW3. The original claim was “all cars produced since 2016 are capable of Full Self-Driving” – not just in those where a software package was paid for and never delivered. When Tesla launched its FSD subscription service, a Tesla HW2.5 owner tried to buy it. Tesla said that he needed a HW3 computer to use the FSD subscription and that will be $1,100 for the retrofit. The owner took Tesla to court and won. Technically, all Tesla HW3 owners are owed computer upgrades regardless of if they bought the FSD package. Tesla could have to replace computers on millions of cars. That's if things are fair...

BREAKING: J6'er killed in Indiana It looks like Trump's J6 Pardons are already starting to get in trouble with the law again. Matthew W. Huttle, 42, of Hobart, Indiana, who was recently pardoned by Trump for his role in the January 6 Capitol breach was fatally shot by a Jasper County sheriff's deputy during a traffic stop Sunday afternoon, around 4:15 p.m on S.R. 14 near County Road 475 East, Jasper County, Indiana. The deputy initiated a traffic stop for an alleged violation. The deputy attempted to arrest Huttle, who reportedly resisted. An altercation ensued, during which the deputy fired his weapon, killing Huttle. Huttle was found to have a gun, though it’s unclear if he used or threatened to use it. Indiana State Police are investigating the incident. The involved deputy has been placed on paid administrative leave.
