The number of women who apparently can’t even comprehend the problem with bashing your husband publicly in front of the entire world is very troubling. Many, many comments like this. I mean this is like marriage 101 here. You don’t criticize your spouse to strangers — especially not tens of millions of strangers.

I, for one, am grateful to Ezra Klein and Derek Thompson. I grew up poor in public housing in the Bronx. When government failed to deliver what it promised, it meant that my family and I had no heat and hot water in the winter. The Abundance Movement is right to challenge the progressive movement to deliver the progress it promises to the working class.

When I was in elementary school, my mom started going blind. Retinitis pigmentosa. No family history. No treatments. No cure. I got lucky. She didn’t.
