@gwentpolice at 13:34 today we saw a Land Rover Freelander 2 grey ID PY14 RVJ driving through Caerphilly town centre weaving all over the place with no seatbelts and throwing out rubbish. Upon checking this vehicle has no MOT or Tax so needs to be off the road ASAP.
