@GinoHard_ I will clarify to mollify all the hard feelings out there. Here goes:The door was closed but unlatched at the point of contact.The attendant in the box is trained to watch the clock and unlatch the door a few seconds before the penalty expires so the player is released at 0:00.

@DNVR_Rudo Putting PP1 out there when most of them had just been on an extended shift that drew the penalty may not have been the best move.

I say the Avs PP is fixed and they have the worst PP they've had this month. Thanks Avs.

@cmasisak22 99% of the time I defend Bednar but that was a waste at best and very dangerous at worst having PP1 out for the beginning of that PP. Most of them had just had an extended shift that drew that penalty.

#Avs look a lot more like the Avs to start the second. Missed the net on several good looks, though.

@7pints @evanrawal What satisfies me doesn't change the way hockey works and telling someone 'stop' on the internet doesn't either. Results in hockey make little sense and are difficult to handle sometimes, that's what makes winning a Cup so special.

@7pints @evanrawal What's he supposed to say? Hockey is well known to have the most randomized results of any major sport due to it's relatively low scoring and the potential outsized effects of one position (G). They made a million great plays last night, needed to get one more past Oettinger.

@evanrawal Was going to ask about Colton but I see a bunch of people beat me to it. But it's odd to go from, "we'll see how he is tomorrow and if he hasn't tightened up too much he'll play the next day" to missing several games with no word at all.
