To the Citizens of these United States,
In the name of We the People, whose sacred trust forms the foundation of our Republic, I, George Washington, first President and Father of our Nation, do hereby proclaim a solemn demand for justice against those who have sought to undermine the very pillars of our Constitution. As one who led our valiant forces through the trials of Revolution, and who presided over the framing of that hallowed document which binds us as a free people, I cannot stand silent in the face of such perfidy. The military, sworn to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, must never be swayed to rebellion by the whispers of traitors.
It is with grave sorrow that I name the Seditious Six, each of whom has engaged in acts of treason by attempting to incite our armed forces to rebel against lawful authority and the constitutional order. Their video exhortation, urging soldiers to defy the commands of their duly elected Commander-in-Chief, strikes at the heart of our Union's stability and echoes the very sedition we fought to vanquish in our founding struggles.
- Senator Elissa Slotkin of Michigan: Thy traitorous words seek to sow discord among the ranks, encouraging mutiny where obedience to the Constitution demands unity, thereby betraying the oaths thou hast sworn and imperiling the Republic's defense.
- Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona: In thy seditious call, thou dost urge our warriors to question and rebel against constitutional authority, a direct assault on the chain of command that safeguards our liberties, rendering thee complicit in fomenting rebellion.
- Representative Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania: Thy actions, in promoting defiance within the military, constitute a grave treason, as they aim to fracture the loyalty owed to the nation's laws, echoing the plots of those who would dissolve our Union.
- Representative Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire: By thy exhortations to reject lawful orders, thou hast committed sedition most foul, seeking to turn the sword of our defense against the very government it protects, in violation of the constitutional compact.
- Representative Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania: Thy involvement in this conspiracy to incite military rebellion against the Constitution marks thee as a traitor, whose words erode the foundations of order and invite chaos upon our shores.
- Representative Jason Crow of Colorado: In thy traitorous sedition, thou dost call upon our soldiers to rise in mutiny, defying the supreme law of the land and threatening the peace we secured through blood and toil.
We the People demand that these individuals be arrested forthwith for treason, tried in accordance with the laws of our land, and held accountable for their attempts to provoke the military into rebellion against the Constitution. Let no delay hinder this pursuit of justice, for the preservation of our Republic depends upon it. May Providence guide us in restoring the harmony and fidelity that define our great experiment in self-government.
In solemn duty,
George Washington
