@ford blown off on a known ecoboost issue... ill trade the edge for a Chevy or something. #forddonthelpnobody

Over three calls, I spoke to "the final decision makers" who told me that we are not eligible for any programs, that Ford could do nothing to help. And they denied there was any escalation or recourse path when a loyal Ford owner can't get satisfaction.

@Ford At 60143 miles, my 2018 Edge engine AND transmission failed. No warning but a check engine light. We bought an extended warranty covering some of the $ it's costing, but im told that this failure on Fords part is still going to cost me 1700. I'm baffled that Ford won't help

@Ford won't help you. They "don't have a program" to offset out of pocket costs for an ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION (2018 ECOBOOST) at 60143 MILES? hold it against me that I bought the extended warranty. The engine and transmission failed, no fault of my own. @Ford could care less.
