I’m not totally anti Poch either but my reasonings are: - His peak was over 7 years ago and hasn’t shown big things since - His build-up game was heavily carried by a freak of a midfielder, don’t know how it works in 2026 without him - He’s not this spurs through and through guy people make out, he literally joined one of our biggest rivals - His role in our player recruitment was really strange - It’s an easy win for the board and buys them more time doing bad jobs - His words around Trump have troubled me ———————————————— The things i like: - Freedom to creative players - Development of young players - Feel good factor would be nice for at least the early stages

The Club has taken the decision to make a change in the Men’s Head Coach position and Thomas Frank will leave today. Thomas was appointed in June 2025, and we have been determined to give him the time and support needed to build for the future together. However, results and performances have led the Board to conclude that a change at this point in the season is necessary. Throughout his time at the Club, Thomas has conducted himself with unwavering commitment, giving everything in his efforts to move the Club forward.
