O estádio será o do Algarve.

@trevorbaxendale Ah, the "I'm aware of my shortcomings, sir" scene. One of the best "M scolds 007" scenes in the series, probably the best

@faustocoppi60 Think that the circuit was a huge factor. The sprinter teams should have worked more to drop more of the difference before entering the circuit. A closed circuit, with a lot of technical turns, crowds and buildings each side like a wall, and a lot of trafiic, its hard to catch up

Cui bono? If there were only Italian riders in the breakaway and no Jonathan Milan in the peloton, I'd have said the organizers definitely rigged the stage. But like this, I highly doubt it. For sure there was some motopacing involved (to me, not very obvious or different than other times) but I don't think it was done on purpose. #GirodItalia

@Cyclingpredpt Circumstances were different. Eulálio going into the pink jersey after Buitrago abandon, gave something for the team to rally around it, and today that Top 10 is achievable. Plus, the guy is extremely chill, big smile. All accounts say that the guy is well liked in the team

Just a Giro d’Italia 🇮🇹 reflection. During this Giro d’Italia, we’ve seen Afonso Eulálio receive a huge amount of support from Damiano Caruso. We saw Caruso, riding his final Giro, giving up his own chances in order to provide outstanding support for Afonso Eulálio. We also saw Juan Pedro Lopez kindly pouring a water bottle over Afonso Eulálio to help cool him down a small but thoughtful gesture. And it makes me wonder: why did João Almeida never seem to get this kind of support? Even when João Almeida first emerged back when he still wasn’t widely known I remember riders like Fausto Masnada completely ignoring him and focusing solely on their own ambitions. So this wasn’t only something that happened later, once Almeida had become an established established leader at UAE Team Emirates. No it goes further back than that. It’s genuinely interesting, and it does make you think, the difference in attitude other riders have shown toward Afonso Eulálio compared to João Almeida. It’s something quite curious. Very curious indeed. #Giro #GirodItalia

@laflammerouge16 @latrouee Well, its a good stage for the commentators to go though all the conclusions of yesterday's stage and previsions of what the next week race will be. So, it will be post race podcast intertwined with must-visit-italy Travel Channel images

If you want to know why: Giro is moving towards TDF model. After Vegni no race director figure, the CEO gets starts/finishes/sponsor venues that must be visited and route has to adapt to them. Sadly route gets worse in sporting terms and it's just a cheap copy of TDF type losing what made Giro great: being the hardest race in term of stages + elevation.

@GelNerd That one as well, but I was thinking the explosion sound that drifts way sorta like a whistle. Like in Golden Gun. In this video, used extensively in the finale. In the video between 22 and 33 seconds. youtu.be/6tmFJNvkE08?is…

Just watching 1964’s Goldfinger and it really got me thinking 🤔 Sublime ‘clunk’ on this guard hitting the floor in Fort Knox… what’s your favourite Bond ‘noises’? Can be as obscure and niche as you like 😂 (The ‘whoosh’ when Oddjob throws his hat is good too) #JamesBond

@TuckyVersionOne Double consecutive features are easier to point. For 3 movies in a row, I would go with Brosnan's earlier films. Those are solid view. Goldeneye is a great standalone peace, and Tomorrow and World work great with a similar tone, and plots based on "ripped from the headlines"

@faustocoppi60 It's in stages like this that it pays off for the organization to plan a stage in highly picturesque roads. Because if nothing happens after a breakway os definitely set, then it's off to the camera crew and the director to make a "Travel Channel" special.

Logo, calou-me. A @cnnportugal silenciou- me. Meses a fio. Pedi ajuda.

@SpyHards 3rd and 4th. 3rd has got Philip Seymour Hoffman who played a great villain, one of best of the series. They are both fun, and have a good team dynamic, with diferent members. Maggie Q, Paula Patton, Jeremy Renner, Rhys Meyers. Makes a good double feature

@AliBondGirl Also, there are some musical cues that stuck around. Especially the early "someone is dead/dying" cues from early John Barry with strong brass. One that I can't shake is the strong percussion of "Gassing the Gangsters" in Goldfinger, or Kerim Bey shooting Kirilenko in FRWL

@AliBondGirl The sound design / foley in the older bond movies is very specific to British film industry at the time, and within the series. Hollywood movies from the era sounded different, so some sounds, especially if resued in the films stuck. My favorite is the "guy falling" scream
