@S0MM_R Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you experienced an issue with our app. I haven't heard of any specific problems with the app, but if you could send us a message with the time of the day this happened and the route/stop you were using, I can look into it!

@ridedart is the app not working correctly? It says my bus was on time and past my stop, but in reality, it was 7 minutes late. This also happened yesterday.

Make plans to vote on Tuesday! Fares will be free on our fixed route buses all day. Paratransit customers can book a ride to a polling place for free if they reserve the trip with DART Customer Service by 5pm on Monday.
